2007 in review

Well, this year has been quite the rollercoaster ride with 4 trips to the ER (2 for SJG's kidney stones, 1 for CPG with a double ear infection and 1 for CCG with pheumonia), endless trips to the doctors for the usual fevers and runny noses, but also for tick bites and removal of rocks from CCG's ears!
Now we'll be starting '08 off with a surgical visit for CPG to remove tonsils and adnoids...I knock on wood every day that my only hospitalizations have been for delivering babies (and I didn't really need to go to the hospital for that:-). We were lucky enough to be virtually uneffected by the floods in the spring (as far as personal property and living-except for the drive to the ER for one of those above mentioned visits for SJG:-) . And for the first time in a long time we were able to enjoy the pond via canoe as a family.
Lido became a Therapy Dog and I am even closer to becoming a certified doula, as I doula'd my first birth this fall. The boys are full of energy and continue to move and grow and are truly developing sweet and fun personalities. SJG continues to play hockey with local leagues and managed to score a hat trick during one game, even while playing defense.
Music fills the air in our house often and keeps us laughing and light. And art keeps our minds free and spirited. The boys really enjoy having a visual look at what their minds can create. I love listening to them talk about their drawings and paintings.
May your world be filled with artful things. Peace and Joy to everyone.

ciao, stephanie
